How We Got Here

Labbaik Cars Rentals was founded to fill a gap in the Nairobi market for car rental services that combine genuine professionalism with honest, straightforward pricing. Too often, clients were finding hidden charges, poorly maintained vehicles and inconsistent service. We set out to change that.

We operate in strategic partnership with Smiles Car Rentals in Dar es Salaam, which gives us the depth and regional reach to serve clients across Kenya and Tanzania seamlessly. That partnership also means our systems, processes and service standards are shaped by years of experience on the ground across East Africa.

Today we serve telecom companies, NGOs, corporate organisations, expats, families and individual travellers. Every client receives the same level of attention regardless of the size of the booking.
